Our Return Policy

You may return most unused items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Helmets & Protection (including Full Face Helmets, Arm & Elbow Pads, Knee & Shin Pads)
  • Hydration Packs (if used or opened)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such on product page)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Patagonia Shop Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]). Details: – Product Name: [Product Name] – SKU/Item Number: [If available] – Reason for Return/Exchange: [Please specify] – Preferred Resolution: [Refund/Exchange for [Product Name & Size if applicable]] I confirm that the item is unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once authorized, package your item securely and include:

  • The original packing slip or order confirmation
  • A copy of your return authorization email

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when completed.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. In your request email, specify the replacement item you’d like
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your cycling gear arrives damaged or defective:

  2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
